West Houston TISCA Meet

TSICA has time and dive standards to compete: TISCA Times - McNeil Swimming & Diving (swimtopia.com) Sibling Gift: Blanket or Pillow Thursday - 1-meter Diving Prelims and Finals: 3:00 pm start Girls & Boys 1-Meter, diver will perform eleven (11) dives, five (5) voluntary (maximum D.D. 9.0) and six (6) optional (D.D. Requirement: 11.5 both Girls and Boys) Friday – Swimming Prelims:12:00pm start Saturday – Swimming Finals: 9:00 am start The top 24 shall advance from preliminaries: the fastest (8) will advance to the A-Finals, the next (8) to the B-Finals, and the next (8) to the C-Finals in each event. The C-Finals are new this year for individual events. Relay events will be ‘A’ & ‘B’ Finals ONLY. Points will not be awarded to those in the C-Finals. Admission Fee (each day): Adults - $5.00 ($3.00 students) Schools may appoint one individual to film/ videotape the diving competition. This person will receive a media pass the afternoon of the diving competition that will give them access to the pool deck. Coaches need to send a list of those wishing to film in advance so they can get their pass. |

We are required to furnish two timers for the prelim session. Let me know if you can help. There is a $15 spectator fee at the gate. K-12 student spectators are free of charge with student ID cards. Heat sheets are usually another $5. Parking: Parking is free on the surface on Saturday, except where designated. The West Campus Parking Garage in front of the Rec Center is never free. Do not park in lot PA 104 in front of the Rec Center or in lot PA 102 in front of Reed Arena. Each team will be required to furnish TWO timers for the prelim session NO LAWN CHAIRS are allowed in the facility. |
